White Money was asked if it is true that he pays his staff four to five years salary in advance and he answered affirmatively.
The 31-year-old restaurant owner said he operates that way so he can take his mind off from having to go through the hassle of keeping track with payment.
The interviewer asked; “I have heard that you pay staff members couple years in advance, 5 years, 3 years, is this true?”
White Money responded … “It is true, I operate on that system because it helps me get my mind off things because I am a multi-versatile person. I do a lot of things, and I can easily get carried away.”
