Former Miss South African finalist, Chidimma Adetshina, has opened up about her favourite Nigerian music, and artist. Tacha had asked her if she listens to Afrobeat, and she said she has a lot of such music on her playlist.

Adetshina explained that she listens to Burna Boy, Rema, Davido and a few others.

In the video, the model who was maltreated by South Africans stated that she loves Davido’s ‘Ogechi’ because of that part where the Grammy Award nominee sang “OTT”.

She noted that she loves that part because of her name.

The lady, who has a South African mother, earlier participated in the pageant but dropped out after she was victimised.

In a video making the rounds, Miss South African expressed her love for Adetshina and her commitment to unity, adding that Adetshina does not deserve such treatment. She explained that it was extremely hard and difficult for all other contestants of the pageant after seeing the treatment meted on Adetshina during the competition.

Legit.ng had reported that Puebla International Literature Festival organisers had made a move against South Africans following Chidmma Adetshina’s victimization.

The model was maltreated after she made it to the final of the 2024 Miss South Africa Modelling pageant.

In a letter written by the organiser, it was stated that what South Africans did was not in line with the aim of the festival.
