Rita Daniels Chukwuji (Esq) has congratulated Professor Epiphany Azinge on his emergence as the designate for the 14th Asagba of Asaba kingdom in Delta State. In a congratulatory message on Sunday, Dr. Chukwuji hailed the people of Asaba for their wisdom in using the parameters of intellectual prowess, merit, competence in the process of choosing the new Asagba of Asaba.
She acknowledged the sterling qualities, track records and accomplishments of Prof. Azinge, expressing confidence that he would uphold the culture and heritage of the people of Asaba.
“I am very proud of Prof. Azinge, a man of strong character and integrity who has excelled in all he has laid his hand in.
“A renowned intellectual, Prof. Azinge has maintained a dispositional humility, dignity, character comeliness, Igbo cultural finesse, spiritual balance and marital exemplariness,” she said.
She expressed delight that the emergence of Prof Azinge as the next Asagba of Asaba has maximized the profiles of the traditional institution.
She therefore prayed God to direct his footsteps as he commences the service of humanity at the traditional institution.
