He acknowledged that the backing of key political figures played a significant role in Wike’s success, from becoming Local Government Chairman and Chief of Staff under Rotimi Amaechi’s administration, to his appointments as Minister under Jonathan’s presidency and FCT Minister under President Bola Tinubu. Let’s go down memory lane, Wike was made by Odili, Wike became Local Government Chairman, somebody made him. Wike became Chief of Staff, Rotimi made him. Wike became Minister, Jonathan made him.
