In a statement released on their official channels, the NPA emphasized that the social media account making these fraudulent procurement and contract offers does not belong to Dr. Dantsoho and is operated by criminals looking to exploit unsuspecting members of the public.

“The procurement processes and procedures of the Nigerian Ports Authority are guided strictly by the Procurement Act and do not involve the Managing Director directly,” the statement clarified, underscoring that all procurement matters are handled by the Authority’s Procurement Division.
