She took to her Instagram page to share that she had a flight scheduled for 1 PM, which was shifted to 3 PM, and despite this, she did not throw a fit.>>>CONTINUE FULL READING HERE
Upon arriving at the airport, she discovered that the flight time had been further delayed to 5:20 PM, with no certainty of departure. Nkechi mentioned that this was the sixth time she had experienced such issues with the airline.
“I am trying to remain as calm as possible. I have already used up my energy at the airport, even though I didn’t make a scene. I just showed them I was upset and left.
Airpeace, how do you justify moving a 1 PM flight to 3 PM? I left my house at 2 o’clock for the airport, which is just a 2-minute distance, only to learn that the flight had been delayed again to 5:20 PM, with no guarantee of departure.”
This isn’t the first time Airpeace is doing this to me. This is actually the 6th time. You guys will move flights from one time to another and another, and then you will end up cancelling that flight. Which means everybody’s appointments, meetings, and business just went like that. Then someone will now tell me it’s your brother.
The only time we will have a problem is if I don’t get my refund”.
Calling the airline, the useless of all, she told them to refund her money before the end of the day, or they would see her wrath.
