Hundreds of gospel songwriters and singers from Taraba, Adamawa, Jos, Kaduna, Yobe, and Gombe converged at St. Monica of the Lutheran Church of Christ in Nigeria, Jimeta-Yola, for a powerful praise and worship session.

One of the best

Organized under the umbrella of the Non-Denominational Christian Choir Association of Nigeria (NCCN) and backed by the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), the event featured Archbishop Ibrahim Anfani of the Anglican Communion, Yola, as the guest speaker.

Brother Enoch Tsoho, a choir enthusiast from Saminaka, Lere Local Government Area of Kaduna State, described the gathering as “one of the best” in the history of Northern Nigeria’s church singers. Tsoho expressed optimism that the event would lead to the salvation of lost souls and transformation of many lives.

This event is a testament to the power of gospel music in uniting believers and spreading God’s message

With unwavering zeal, Tsoho vowed to continue serving God through music, citing his heavenly mandate to sing at Jesus’ feet during the celestial marriage supper of the Lamb.

The NCCN gathering brought together talented gospel musicians from across Northern Nigeria, fostering unity and spiritual growth through song and worship.

“This event is a testament to the power of gospel music in uniting believers and spreading God’s message,” said Archbishop Anfani.

The successful gathering has sparked anticipation for future events, solidifying NCCN’s position as a leading force in Northern Nigeria’s gospel music scene.
