Super Eagles forward, Victor Osimhen has expressed his enthusiasm for the upcoming Turkish Super Lig match against Trabzonspor, set for 7 p.m. later today, December 16.

After missing Galatasaray’s last two matches against Sivasspor and Malmo due to a muscle injury, there were initial concerns that Victor Osimhen would be out for two weeks. However, the Nigerian striker has confirmed that he feels fit and ready to play tonight.

“I believe I’m in good shape, but I’m also aware that the match will be challenging. Nonetheless, we are prepared to put in our best effort for a victory. Our goal this season is to win, and we’re committed to achieving that,” Osimhen told Beyaz TV.

Victor Osimhen has certainly made an impact this season, scoring 10 goals and providing five assists in 13 appearances across all competitions for Galatasaray.

Meanwhile, Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim has praised Amad Diallo following the winger’s standout performance in the Red Devils’ 2-1 victory over Manchester City in the Premier League.

Amorim commended the Ivory Coast international’s skills and humility, highlighting his significant contributions during the match at the Etihad Stadium. Not only did Amad win a penalty that Bruno Fernandes converted, but he also scored the decisive goal that clinched the win for United.
