Orji acknowledged Dr. Odili’s role in building the political structure in Rivers State, stating that every politician in the state today owes their rise to Dr. Odili’s mentorship.

However, he emphasized that this does not mean Dr. Odili should control people’s lives. Orji struck a balance by recognizing former Governor Nyesom Wike’s contributions while urging that Governor Fubara be allowed to take decisions on behalf of the people.>>>CONTINUE FULL READING HERE

He stressed that the Rivers people deserve a choice and should not be held hostage by any individual’s interests. By granting Fubara full control, Orji believes the governor can truly serve the people and move the state forward.
