The Presidential Election Tribunal in Abuja will deliver judgment on petitions challenging the election of President Bola Tinubu on Wednesday, September 6.

It also reserved judgment on the petitions filed by the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) and Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party in order to deliver the judgments on the same day as that of Peter Obi of the Labour Party.
Recently, it denied that it had fixed September 16 for the judgment.
The judgment on the election petitions will be delivered before President Bola Tinubu jets out to India for the G20 Summitt holding from September 9 to 10 in New Delhi India.
Mr Ajuri Ngelale, Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, who disclosed this on Friday in Abuja, said the summit was predicated on the urgent need to attract Foreign Direct Investment into the country.
