In a statement, Chief Registrar, Court of Appeal, Mr. Umar Bangari, said that the judgement will be televised live for the sake of transparency and that any television station interested will be allowed to broadcast the event live.

“The statement also noted that access to the court premises will be strictly on accreditation. Only accredited individuals, including counsel and representatives of political parties will be granted access into the courtroom”, the court said, adding that interested members of the public are advised to watch the proceedings on their television sets.

PEPT said judgement will be delivered in in the cases (i) CA/PEPC/03/2023 between Peter Gregory Obi & Anors Vs Independent National Electoral Commission & 3 others.
(ii) CA/PEPC/04/2023 between Allied Peoples Movement VS Independent National Electoral Commission & 4 others.
(iii) CA/PEPC/05/2023 between Abubakar Atiku & Anor VS Independent National Electoral Commission & 2 Ors.
