The laws of the nation stipulate that, depending on the gravity of the offense, even a junior with less than ten years’ experience could be given a life sentence.
Today’s post will focus on a few young children who were sentenced to life in prison when they were still very young. The majority of these children have spent their entire lives behind bars and have never truly known what it is like to be free.
Some of them had committed first-degree murder, and their parents had no way of protecting them from the severe legal repercussions. Some of them are already elderly while still in prison, and many of them have spent their whole lives behind bars. 1 Tate Lionel
This boy right here called Lionel. Tate was just a little over 13 years old when he got sentenced to life imprisonment. He was found guilty of beating his 6 years old neighbour to death. It happened in the year 2001. Lionel is currently 32 years old now and he’s still serving his life sentence.
According to his reason for killing the girl, Lionel claimed that he was just practicing his boxing and wrestling moves on her because he wanted to be a boxer.
2. Smith
After being accused of murdering a four-year-old kid, Eric was sentenced to death at the age of thirteen.
3. Joshua Phillips
This boy committed his murder. when he was just 14 years old, he killed his 8 years old neighbor by stabbing and strangling her to death. He then went ahead to hide the girl’s body under his bed, it was after 8 days that the Mother saw the body when she was cleaning his room.
4.Brian Lee Draper
