He has worked at reputable institutions such as the AirForce Institute of Technology (ART) Kaduna and Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. Additionally, he has held various positions such as Managing Director-AFIT Consult Limited, Director-Centre for Defence Procurement, Logistic and Supply Chain Management, and Director-Public Procurement Research Centre, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.
At Ahmadu Bello University between 2016 and 2020, he served as secretary to several committees such as University Tenders Board, University Procurement Planning Committee, University Project Monitoring Committee, and University Payment Improvement Committee. At the Air Force Institute of Technology. Kaduna, he held positions such as Chairman Curriculum Development (BSc/PCD/MSc Procurement and Supply Chain Management) Faculty of Management and Social Sciences, Coordinator Technical Drawing Courses (Mechanical Engineering Department), and Chairman Curriculum Review (BSc/PCD/MSc Automotive Engineering) Department of Automotive Engineering.
