Earlier that Monday morning, Wizkid had jestingly shared a video with his fans, poking fun at the head of the 30BG Record Label by hinting at his purported involvement with an American model.

This move sparked a flurry of responses from supporters of both artists, with the additional drama unfolding as singers like Kizz Daniel and Tekno joined the fray.

In response to Wizkid’s sly dig, Davido returned to the platform where it all began, teasing the latter by suggesting that his music is now a thing of the past.

“Dem no know ur gbedu [Translation: music] again,” he wrote.

In another post, he added, “When LIGHT comes darkness VANISHES!!! LETS GET ACTIVE!!”

Fans have flooded the comment section to applaud the comeback, while Wizkid FC berated O.B.O.
