The lawyer took to social media to express his frustration following what he described as another wasted day in court.
Lawyer laments inefficiencies of judiciary
According to him, legal practitioners and litigants often incur significant costs attending court, only to be informed that proceedings will not hold.
He contrasted this with the speed of election petition tribunals, which are typically constituted quickly and conclude cases within a set timeframe.

But when it is an election petition, the tribunal will be constituted and the case will be disposed of within three months.
