Bolaji Abdullahi, spokesperson of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) coalition, has revealed how internal concessions made to accommodate new entrants may have led to the exit of some founding members. Abdullahi made the disclosure during an interview on SYMFONI TV, where he reflected on the coalition’s formation process and the delicate balancing act required to manage competing political interests within the alliance.

Citing a specific example, Abdullahi said the coalition lost the support of Osita Chidoka, a former Minister of Aviation, following the entry of Peter Obi into the fold.
