Godswill Akpabio on Tuesday represented the President at the inauguration of the two main carriageway of the Outer Southern Expressway (OSEX) in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, a major infrastructure project executed under the supervision of the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike.
