BREAKING: Adamawa Governor Fintiri Denies Power-Rotation Deal with Christians, Reveals Preferred Successors for 2027

Prominent commentator and political analyst Emmanuel Nicholas has publicly clarified the outcome of a closed-door meeting with Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, dispelling rumours of a secret agreement to hand over power to a Christian or Muslim candidate after the 2023 governorship election. Nicholas, who met with the Governor on Wednesday at the latter’s invitation, said the nearly one-hour discussion, held in the presence of Tabiyatiya Daniel, focused on claims of a purported political pact with the Christian community ahead of the 2023 polls.
