A chieftain of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) and former Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, has said that his first priority, if elected President, will be to enforce the rule of law. Amaechi said there must be law and order in the country, accusing the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) of allegedly influencing government institutions against the opposition.
