BREAKING NEWS: Borno: They Told People Rescued “Keep Quiet” I Released Voice Note Of Myself And Terrorists-Kaigama

Samaila Kaigama, President of the Borno South Youth Alliance, has alleged that some of the victims rescued after the Ngoshe mass abduction were warned not to acknowledge the role his group played in securing their release.

Speaking during an interview on Channels Television on Tuesday, 21 July, 2026, Kaigama continued his account of the efforts that led to the release of about 460 women and children kidnapped in Ngoshe, Borno State.

He alleged that after the victims regained their freedom, some people discouraged them from publicly stating that his organisation had participated in the mediation process. According to him, he later released an audio recording to support his claims about the group’s involvement.Watch Video/Continue..
