LEBANON – The Lebanese Islamic resistant, Hezbollah has announced shooting down an Israel surveillance drone, Hermes-450 in Southern Lebanon and targeted the Noura military base and the Avital technical and electronic reconnaissance centre in Israel. Hezbollah has in addition released details of its operation in Southern Lebanon against Israel in the last 24 hours in support of the oppressed people of Gaza, Palestine.
“In support of our steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and in support of their valiant and honorable resistance, and in defense of Lebanon and its people, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted, at 4:40 pm on Sunday 11-10-2024, the Avital site (a technical and electronic reconnaissance center) in the occupied Syrian Golan, for the first time, with a missile barrage”, the group said.
It added that a military bulldozer near the border wall in the town of Kfar Kila, which was demolishing houses in the town was targeted in a direct hit, leading to its destruction and the killing and wounding of its crew, injuries among the soldiers near its area of operation.
The resistant added that a gathering of enemy army forces on the eastern outskirts of the town of Maroun al-Ras, was also hit with a barrage Rocket.
“At 04:45 this afternoon, Sunday 10-11-2024, a house where israeli enemy soldiers were fortified near the border wall in the town of Kfar Kila, with a guided missile, and killed and wounded them”, Hezbollah said in a statement, adding that it also targeted an Israeli army that was regrouping near Kfar Kila with a barrage of rockets.
The Islamic Resistance, it said launched an air attack at 4:00 pm today, Sunday 10-11-2024, with a squadron of suicide drones on the Haifa Naval Base (belonging to the israeli Navy, and includes a fleet of missile boats and submarines) in Haifa Bay, and hit its targets accurately.
“The Islamic Resistance launched at 4:00 pm today, Sunday 10-11-2024, an air attack with a squadron of suicide drones on the Naoura base (the headquarters of the 36th Division, and includes emergency stores for the reserve brigades) 50 km from the Lebanese-Palestinian border, southwest of Lake Tiberias, and hit its targets accurately”, the group said.
