Senator Abdulfatai Buhari, who represents Oyo North Senatorial District, has narrated how he encouraged Professor Alamo, the husband of Mrs. Rachel Alamo, the principal abducted alongside schoolchildren and teachers in Oriire Local Government Area of Oyo State, during the period they were held captive.

Speaking during an interview on Arise Television, the senator said Professor Alamo remained in constant contact with him throughout the ordeal, seeking updates on efforts to secure the release of his wife and the other victims.

According to Buhari, the prolonged uncertainty placed enormous emotional pressure on the professor, who became increasingly worried as the weeks passed without news of the captives’ release.Read More Here>
