The Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth revealed that this platform, called “Shual,” is created by the Israel Defense Forces’ Home Front Command to manage emergency response between military and civilian crisis units during rocket strikes. This system is meant to give immediate evaluations of rocket impact regions, send out early warnings, and instruct emergency teams to exact locations after attacks.

It also assists in locating unexploded bombs, deploying search and rescue teams, and determining if reported blasts were from direct hits or intercepts by air defense systems.
