He went on to warn them that if he came across them begging the following day, he would slap each one of them. After expressing his displeasure, he handed some money to the beggars before they left.

In conclusion, the incident involving Whitemoney and the young beggars highlights the ongoing problem of poverty in Nigeria. It also emphasizes the need for more effective programs to address this issue and help the less fortunate members of society.

The situation also raises questions about the role of celebrities in society and how they can use their influence to create positive change. While it is commendable that Whitemoney gave money to the beggars, scolding them may not be the most effective way to address the root causes of poverty.

Moreover, the fact that the beggars are children highlights the importance of child welfare and protection. It is the responsibility of all stakeholders, including the government, civil society, and individuals, to ensure that children are not forced to beg on the streets.

Furthermore, the incident also underscores the need for greater empathy and understanding towards those who are less fortunate. Poverty is a complex issue that is often caused by factors beyond the control of individuals, such as lack of access to education, healthcare, and employment opportunities.

It is easy to judge those who beg for money without taking into account the systemic issues that contribute to their circumstances. Therefore, it is important to approach the issue of poverty with compassion and a willingness to listen to those affected by it.
