Security consultant and public affairs analyst Darlington Umoru has paid tribute to the late Lieutenant Felix Ademe Isaac, describing him as a promising Nigerian Army officer whose life and military career were cut short during the rescue operation that freed abducted schoolchildren and teachers in Oriire Local Government Area of Oyo State.
