Human rights activist and former presidential candidate Omoyele Sowore has criticised the heavy presence of security operatives at a court session, saying it created tension and made it difficult for justice to be served. In a video shared by SYMFONI TV, speaking after the court proceedings, Sowore accused the Department of State Services (DSS) of taking over the court premises and intimidating lawyers and supporters.
He argued that courts should remain free and safe spaces where people can seek justice without fear.
